Yes – assembly is included for larger furniture pieces and is part of the delivery fee. Our team will ensure your item is installed safely in your space. For smaller items, delivery is to your doorstep.

Each Paddington Home piece is handcrafted with care and we hope you love it as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for store credit equal to the product’s value.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

All Paddington Home pieces are quality-checked prior to dispatch. If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
